Hi, we're a group of 5, (2 adults and 3 children, ages 9, 14, 16), is it possible to book 1 family studio?

Thank you for your message! Unfortunately, our Family Studio can only accommodate up to 4 guests. I recommend you book one King Studio and one Family Studio, and we will do our best to assign you interconnecting flats.

We arrive at heathrow 12:10, are we allowed to check in around 3pm and do you allow an hour late checkout at 11am

Excepcional
El departamento es hermoso, nuevo, impecable. La zona muy buena metro, bus cercas y el barrio divino. Excelente calefacción, camas muy cómodas. La ducha del baño excelente. Tienen lavarropas y secarropas en el edificio a disposición y gratis. El sistema de acceso para check in muy cómodo. El personal muy atento nos dejó dejar las valijas ya que nuestro vuelo salía más tarde. Sin duda volveremos!!

Lo recomiendo y si volvería
el apartamento es limpio, moderno y tiene todo lo necesario, el lugar donde está ubicado es relativamente central, al frente hay una estación de bus y una calle atrás está la otra parada de bus, el metro está a unos 10 minutos caminando, es un lugar residencial tranquilo y no peligroso, así mismo hay dos supermercados cerca. Algo muy positivo fue que pudimos hacer el check-in mas temprano de lo habitual y que el personal está atento a cualquier cosa que uno necesite
Algo definitivamente a cambiar es el lugar donde se deja el equipaje para que uno por su propia cuenta pueda ir a recogerlo y no tener que esperar a que la persona llegue o hacer a la persona esperar, porque desafortunadamente nosotros llamamos con más de 20 minutos de anticipación para que nos devolvieran nuestro equipaje, pero la persona no espero y llego tiempo después y perdimos nuestro bus a otra ciudad, este aspecto para mi es algo a mejorar, colocar un cuarto o sala, donde uno mismo como huésped pueda acceder a su equipaje cuando lo desee.
