Hi, we're a group of 5, (2 adults and 3 children, ages 9, 14, 16), is it possible to book 1 family studio?

Thank you for your message! Unfortunately, our Family Studio can only accommodate up to 4 guests. I recommend you book one King Studio and one Family Studio, and we will do our best to assign you interconnecting flats.

We arrive at heathrow 12:10, are we allowed to check in around 3pm and do you allow an hour late checkout at 11am

A 10 min à pieds de la station de métro. Quartier chic. Station de bus juste en bas de la maison. Établissement nickel, avec de belles prestations. Ascenseur. Chambre pour 2 très bien pensée. Fonctionnelle. Moderne. Nous avons pu disposer de la chambre dès notre arrivée vers midi. Très agréable. Nous avons été ravi de notre séjour.
Malgré du double vitrage, on entend un peu le bruit des voitures qui circulent mais globalement ça va.

joli bien agencé, bonne literie,
-draps avec des taches - code de entrée tres fantaisiste - le grille pain a déclenché l alarme incendie - 1 ampoule plafond grillée -voilage qu on ne peut pas ouvrir pour laisser entrer la lumière
